A retreat focus on releasing tension and opening the body in a series of progressive postures incorporated into the classes throughout the retreat and on soothing the soul, working with rebalancing our energy to invigorate your mind and spirit. £550pp in a twin setting £850pp in a single (king size bed) setting Arrival Friday from 1pm Departure on Sunday 3:30pm The yoga retreat will be hosted in a luxurious barn in the heart of Cotswolds, located just a few miles from Cirencester, the capital of Cotswolds, and both Cheltenham and Gloucester. The bedrooms are spacious, light and have twin/super king beds and either have ensuite bathrooms or a shared bathroom (one between two bedrooms max). The venue also includes a hot tub and tennis court. Optional treatments & massages – Massages (Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, Chinese Cups and more) (£55), VIP Yogic Treatment (£80), Personalised Facials £55/hr, mini pedicure at £15, reflexology and more. Our massage therapists are Gosia from Oxford Treatments and Ari from Revive Body & Mind Oxford. Delicious and wholesome food (three meals plus nourishing snacks) will be served throughout the retreat. All meals are vegetarian delights to nourish both body and soul. Vegan option are available and we can cater to most allergies and dietary requirements – please request upon booking. To Include: - Deluxe Accommodation - 7+ yoga classes throughout the retreat (Vinyasa flow, Rocket, Flow to Restore, Forrest, Nidra, Meditation etc). - Sound healing experience - Creative workshop - 3 meals per day plus nourishing snacks. - Optional treatments at £55/hr – you will book this separately with the therapist (see the list of treatments) *To confirm your retreat place, you can either pay a £200 non refundable deposit or the full amount (by bank transfer or cash). Any remaining balances are due 8 weeks before the retreat. The deposits are non-refundable. Once we receive your booking and deposit, further communication will follow. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund policy apply: Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE but might be transferrable at the discretion of Fire&Bliss Team and provided we can fill your space. The admin fee of £50 will be deducted at each transfer.
