You will have the option to be physically pushed but it will be done with love, care and options.
Anyone would love this retreat, particularly those who already have a yoga practice and want to develop their asanas and connection to their mind and body.

I chose this retreat because I was keen to take some me time and reconnect with my practice.
Not knowing the teachers I thought the schedule looked great and the venue was gorgeous.
It was a great decision as I adored every minute! It was an incredibly special experience.

Both Ale and Ola are highly experienced and dedicated teachers, but also just the loveliest humans who share themselves so openly and unconditionally, that you can’t help but feel in the best hands and comfortable to turn up exactly as you are.

Despite the fact that I’d never met either of them beforehand, I felt totally welcome from the second I arrived. They really went above and beyond and honestly, I left feeling like the whole weekend was tailored just for me. It was a profound experience and I’ve been doing Ola’s online classes three times a week since!"

I have already booked my next retreat. We all deserve some time to focus on ourselves and retreat from our hectic working and family lives.

A recent bereavement left me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I felt I needed some time to focus on me. I was also keen to reignite my too long dormant love of yoga.


This retreat helped me to reset and nourished my mind, body (amazing food, thanks to Ola!) and soul.
